2024


2024 marked an important milestone in our sustainability journey. We expanded reporting across all operating countries, accelerated progress in responsible coffee sourcing, enhanced our internal climate action initiatives, and continued building long-term partnerships aimed at driving positive progress across our value chain.

Through our Responsibly Selected Coffee Initiative we purchase green coffee from farmers complying with sustainability schemes that align with the Global Coffee Platform’s Coffee Sustainability Reference Code.

Julius Meinl Generations Programme


The Generations Programme provides tailored support to a selected number of coffee farmers, with the goal of helping them establish viable, long-term coffee businesses. The projects within our Generations Programme, currently active in Colombia, Uganda, India and Honduras, aim to support selected farmers’ income opportunities by sharing methods to improve coffee production efficiency and profitability, while also providing tools for income diversification and promoting good agricultural practices.
